I recently added 4 new additions to my home that I’m loving. Well, technically it is actually 3, since one of the items I dug out from under our guest bedroom bed. But, let’s go with 4! And, I’m sharing them all with you below!
1. entryway console table
A while back I did a console table switcheroo, and I apologize, but I’m just now getting around to sharing it with you all!
To make a long story short(er), I was tired of my Target console table not being in stock for you all, so I ordered this table. And no joke, the week I ordered my new table, my Target console table came back in stock and has remained so ever since. Of course it did. I’m not kidding, that Target table has been out of stock since I ordered it almost 2 years ago!
So, I kept the Target table, and sold the World Market console table and baskets to my friend across the street! A win/win for everyone!
Zero regrets! It’s the perfect table for this space.
2. Minted artwork
Staying in the entryway with my new (old) Minted artwork. If you haven’t been around since the beginning, or even if you have, you may not know, or remember, that we used to have a piano in our den/office. And this artwork used to hang above it.
When I started working on my blog/Instagram full-time, I needed a dedicated desk/office space, and sadly the piano had to go. I replaced the piano with a new desk, and when I did that, I took down the artwork in favor of a cute gallery collection of vintage prints.
And the poor Minted artwork ended up sad and alone under the guest bedroom bed. Not really, it always knew it would be back. And it is! Front and center as you walk through our front door!
p.s. Don’t worry about the piano either, it lives on with a local family that we know!
3. Loloi x Chris Loves Julia area rug
My last rug in our den was also a Loloi rug, which I love, but I was ready to brighten up the space for summer. So I ordered the Loloi x Chris Loves Julia Rosemarie rug, and I’m LOVING it!
It’s the perfect neutral with a hint of gold, which works well with our Pottery Barn rug in the adjacent room.
4. Loloi x Rifle Paper Company area rug
And last, but definitely not least, my new Loloi x Rifle Paper Company rug, which was gifted.
This is a new line for Loloi, that has SO many fun rugs! I originally ordered this rug months ago, and intended to use it in our daughter’s summer room refresh. Long story short, we are waiting on IKEA cabinets to come back in stock, so we can do an IKEA hack in there as part of the refresh. So, the guest bedroom gets to wear the new rug for a while until my daughter’s room is ready!
It really is the prefect neutral, floral rug!
