Today I’m continuing my Christmas Home Tour in my den! Besides my Christmas tree, this is definitely my favorite part of my home to decorate each year! I love all of the open shelving, and of course the piano! I think I also love it because it is already such a small and cozy space, so adding Christmas decor immediately makes it feel even cozier!

Christmas in the den
piano:
This year I added a garland to the top of my piano, which I had never done before. I’m loving the look of it! I think next year I will add one with lights to bring even more sparkle to the room. If you are still looking for garland, I found this Mixed Pine Garland With Lights still in stock.
I grouped together a brass bell and candle holder that I already had to finish out the top of the piano. These Pottery Barn Brass Bells are still in stock. I kept the Minted Mornings Away Artwork above the piano the same, because I love all the green in the print. It ties in perfectly with the green pillows!

Next to the piano on the right, I added a green velvet-like pillow to the chair. I am really happy with the Affordable Amazon Green Pillows I ordered this year! I kept it simple with a faux tree inside a pot on the side table. My faux tree is several years old, but this Target Faux Tree is almost identical and still in stock!
On the left of the piano, I kept it simple with one of my favorite World Market Baskets filled with a couple of Neutral Striped Pillows.

In the opposite corner, I added the same green pillow to the chair. On this side table, I added a wood bowl filled with ornaments. The Target Christmas Ornament Set I filled the bowl with are out of stock online, but may be available in your store!

built-in shelves:
I love styling my built-in shelves for Christmas! Each year I add a piece or two of new decor, and fill in with a mix of items from previous years, as well as items I have on the shelves year-round.
One way to easily add Christmas cheer to your home and shelves is switching out your artwork. This year I found a few new Etsy art prints that I loved. This Winter Cabin Print and this Mountain Print are two of my favorite additions!

We get our family photos taken each year in November for our Christmas cards, so I like to switch out our personal photos this time of year as well. It is an easy way to add a winter look to your home!

After I switch out my artwork and personal photos, I like to sprinkle in a bit of holiday to each shelf. Like I mentioned above, a lot of what I have is older, but I did find this Mercury Glass Tree that is very similar to mine, and is still in stock.
