This blog post is all about Christmas in the bedroom, because who said the living room should be the only one to have all of the Christmas fun?
Spoiler alert, there are fairy lights, cozy blankets, seasonal accents, flameless candles, and even a Christmas tree!
But most importantly, all the festive feels.
Below, find a photo tour of our festive retreat, where even the bed is wrapped in holiday cheer.

Christmas Bedroom Decor:
The Christmas Tree:

I’m starting with the Christmas tree, because this is the first year we have had one in our bedroom, and I’m loving it!
You know when it gets dark and you turn on the lamps in a room and it just makes it so much cozier?
Well, multiply that by 10 with a Christmas tree! I love the pretty glow that the Christmas lights give off!

We have a fairly small room, so we had to move a chair out to move the tree in, but it was so worth it.
I picked a narrow tree (only 2 feet wide,) but it is still 7.5′ tall, so it doesn’t get lost in the corner.

Other Christmas tree ideas for small spaces- if you don’t have room for a larger tree, I love the look of a tabletop tree inside a crock. This could go on a small stool or dresser.
Christmas Decor Ideas For The Dresser:

A dresser is such a fun piece of furniture to decorate for Christmas!

This year I was able to add a flameless candle, artwork, a lamp, a vase filled with stems, and a pair of brass Christmas trees.

When decorating yours, think of adding pieces with different heights, so not everything is on one level.
Other items you could use include brass bells, a stack of coffee table books, a large bowl filled with ornaments, brass taper candleholders, and bottlebrush trees.

p.s. You can also add a wreath or garland to your mirror for even more holiday cheer!

I left my mirror bare this year because it was just too busy with everything else, but I love the look of greenery added to a mirror!
Decorating ideas for the bed:

An instant way to bring holiday cheer to a bedroom is by simply adding a garland to the headboard!

This year I added battery-operated fairy lights to the garland for even more of a festive look!
There is not much better than a garland wrapped with twinkle lights!
Christmas decorations for bedside tables:

And let’s not forget the bedside tables!
With just a few simple touches, you can add some holiday cheer.

Think artwork, cozy blankets on a shelf, a basket or bowl of ornaments, trees, and brass bells.
