How To Decorate A Console Table For Christmas

December 5, 2021 Holidays, Home Decor

Console tables are one of my very favorite things to decorate for Christmas. You know why? Because it is really so simple to do! You just need to add a few pieces of decor to give the whole look some holiday cheer. So today, I’m sharing how to decorate a console table for Christmas + sharing 3 different looks.

Christmas Console Table 1:

My entryway console table is look number 1. This console table has artwork above it, baskets below & upholstered ottomans on each side.

Baskets are such a great item to style with console tables, because you can add seasonal pillows and throw blankets to get a new look.

Adding a holiday candle to a stack of coffee table books is such an easy way to add a bit of Christmas cheer to your table.

With this look, I styled a set of 3 tabletop trees together, which I’m loving. Lastly, fill a pot with faux or real evergreen stems.

Christmas Console Table 2:

The second console table is my living room table, which has an oversized mirror above and a few upholstered ottomans below.

I started by adding some leaning artwork.

A winter piece of artwork is such an easy thing to add to a console table for an instant holiday look.

Stack a few books and top it with a Christmas tree or two.

Did I mention a holiday candle is always a good idea? Ok, good.

Lastly, I again added faux stems to an oversized pot.

Christmas Console Table 3:

Back to my entryway console table for look number 3. Like the others, this has an oversized vase filled with faux greenery.

I have the same pillows and baskets that I did in look one, but I added a wood stool instead of upholstered ottomans for your guests.

When not in use, top it with a few books and a candle.

For option 3, I added trees to a stack of books, this time some cute white ceramic ones. Next to the books is an oversized glass hurricane candle holder.

And a concrete bowl filled with a wood garland.
